All prints are sold unframed.
Payments are processed securely by Paypal or Stripe. None of your card information is held on this site.
Postage and packaging is FREE for all orders to any destination.
Sadly I have decided to reduce the number of times I visit the post office in order to cut down on non-essential journeys (in line with UK government advice).

Pre-pandemic delivery policy: I aim to post prints out within two working days. After several years of sending prints around the world, I have found average delivery times to be as follows:
Small prints (A4 or smaller) are posted flat. Larger prints are sent in cardboard tubes for maximum protection. Perhaps not the prettiest way to send artwork, but by far the safest.
I try to match the images on the site as closely as possible to the original item. However, screens do differ in the way they display colours so the print may not be exactly as it appears on your monitor/phone/tablet. With hand-printed items there will also be small imperfections and minor differences between individual prints.
Generally speaking, the prints look better in real life than they do online, but If you do change your mind when you see the print in person, I am happy to offer a refund (see below).
Some prints marked as ‘sold out’ may still be available so please get in touch if this is the case. I might have one in a frame or in my portfolio that you could have.
I won't add you to my mailing list unless you specifically ask me to. The sign up page for the list is here: mailing list. Mailings are VERY occasional (once a year at most).
Please get in touch if you would like to return a print. Unwanted items should be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging, where possible. Once I have the print back I will issue a full refund.
If your item is returned to me as ‘undelivered’, I will contact you to request an alternative delivery address. If this is the case, I might also have to charge postage to cover the cost of re-sending the item.
